Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment. Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away. Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level. The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times. For those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking). Guests staying at most of our Dart Marina properties can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa*, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxtion areas.Beauty treatments from Elemis can be pre-booked, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties. |

North Devon
From the vast unspoilt expanses of Exmoor to its endless sandy beaches and charming
seaside towns and villages, North Devon makes for the perfect cottage holiday getaway.
Discover the beauties of this tranquil landscape for yourself with one of Go2's holiday lets or
cottages in North Devon. Wild and rugged, Exmoor is great for walking, riding and
cycling. This is Lorna Doone country, where farmers have battled the elements for
centuries. The coastline here is truly spectacular and is a real highlight. Walk the Coastal Path, and you’ll be treated to stunning views of high cliffs dropping straight to the sea, or to small coves far below. Beach lovers will also enjoy a holiday in North Devon. Resorts like
Woolacombe and Saunton offer long stretches of sandy beach that are ideal for surfing
and sailboarding. Clovelly is a real beauty spot, and very picturesque, while Appledore
is a picture-perfect fishing village. Ilfracombe is a more traditional seaside resort, but is not overly-commercialised, while the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth have an atmosphere all their own. Don’t miss the wonderful water-powered funicular railway here.
South Devon
Justly famous as one of England’s finest destinations, South Devon has everything

you can get away from it all in the rugged splendours of Dartmoor National Park
or just enjoy the rolling hills and rural delights of the South Devon countryside.

cobbled streets and wide selection of shops. Or step back in time to the Elizabethan
age in Totnes with its charming tudor houses.
